Posttraumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)
Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) is a natural emotional reaction to a deeply shocking and disturbing experience. It is a normal reaction to an abnormal situation. Often, the events that cause PTSD are difficult to document, making it nearly impossible to substantiate a claim for VA benefits. We cannot underestimate the power of being mutually supportive in dealing with the VA for PTSD claims. Men who have no records of events or Medals sorely need our assistance with hand written letters confirming their stressor event. By this effort YOU can be the difference maker in someone's quality of life in their retirement years. Please help each other!
